Yes. Once it’s paid in full, the website or tool is yours, and your domain is registered in your name.

No. Without one, I hand over the files so you can host it anywhere. Every website needs hosting somewhere, and a care plan is the easy way to have it handled.

Yes, with 30 days’ notice. There’s no minimum term.

Yes. Pay for a year upfront and you get 12 months for the price of 10. For example, the Care plan costs R4 500 a year.

A text, price, photo or hours change. Bigger changes are quoted, from R500.

It depends on the size of the job, and your quote includes a timeline.

No. Everything happens on WhatsApp and email. Voice notes are welcome.

Yes. Websites and tools are built for phones first, then checked on computers.

It takes a job you do by hand and makes it quicker. For example:

• A builder could send a neat quote from a phone in two minutes, then turn it into an invoice.
• A salon could keep every client’s colour formulas and notes in one place, instead of on paper cards.
• A farm stall could take orders for collection without fifty WhatsApp messages.
• A transport company could see every job, driver and delivery on one screen.

Things like booking software, payment fees or SMS sending are paid by you, and I list them in your quote. Hosting is covered by a care plan, or you can host it yourself.

Yes. On a bookings website I connect your NightsBridge booking button and live availability, so guests can check dates and book without leaving your site. Using a different booking system? Tell me which one. Most have a booking link or widget I can connect.

No. Keep your listings for new guests. Your website gives returning guests, referrals and Google searchers a direct way to book, without the commission.

Yes. A business site lets guests send an enquiry through a form or on WhatsApp, and you confirm the booking yourself, the way you do now.

A simple page guests open on their phone, with the Wi-Fi password, check-in and check-out times, house rules and your local tips. You can change it any time, and you print less.

Yes. I can connect the booking tool you already use, like Fresha or Booksy, so clients choose a time straight from your site. Or I can build you a booking tool of your own. On a simple site, clients book with you on WhatsApp in one tap.

Yes. With the Care or Care+ plan, price changes are small edits, included every month. Without a plan, I quote small changes per job, from R500.

Yes. I add a selection of your real reviews to your site and refresh them when you ask. I never write or make up reviews.

No. You choose what’s shown. You can show just your suburb and share the exact address once a booking is confirmed.

Yes. With the Care or Care+ plan, menu and price updates are small edits, included every month. Edits sent by Thursday go live by Monday.

Yes. An ordering site lets customers choose from your menu and pay online or when they collect. Payment fees, like PayFast’s, are paid by you and listed in your quote.

Yes. A table request form sends each request straight to you on WhatsApp or email, and you confirm it with the guest.

Send me your holiday hours and I’ll update the site. With the Care or Care+ plan, that’s a small edit. The open/closed sign follows whatever hours are on your site.
