How quotes and payment work
- 50% deposit to start, and the other 50% when you approve it, before it goes live.
- You pay by EFT, with my bank details on your quote.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- The price is fixed for the agreed scope. Anything new is quoted before I do it.
- A small edit is a text, price, photo or hours change. Extra work outside a care plan is quoted per job, from R500.
- Third-party costs, like booking software subscriptions, payment gateway fees, SMS or email sending and paid integrations, are paid by you and always listed in your quote.
What sets the price
- The number of pages or screens
- Features like bookings, payments, logins or an admin area
- Connecting to other systems
- Whether you supply the text and photos, or I write them
- How soon you need it
What’s a small edit?
A quick change to something that’s already on your website or tool. For example:
- Changing text, like a special or your About section
- Updating prices or your menu
- Swapping or adding photos
- Changing your opening hours or contact details
New pages, new features and redesigns aren’t small edits. I quote those first, and only start once you’ve said yes.
Edits sent by Thursday go live by Monday. Unused edits don’t carry over to the next month.
